Description

This synopsis is published for informational purposes only. The proposed procurement will be issued as a sole source acquisition to BAE Systems, Information & Electronics Integration, Inc, Nashua, NH, IAW the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. The U.S. Army proposes to procure a Time and Materials requirements contract for three base years with two one year options for Contractor logistic, engineering, software, installation and product improvement support and services. Included are studies and evaluations for the AN/ALQ-212(V) Advanced Threat Infrared Countermeasure Common Missile Warning Program Engineering and Manufacturing Development LRIP and Production program. Delivery orders will be issued for each task. Specific expertise of the systems is required to perform the engineering support required for this effort. A level III drawing package is not available for this system. A minimum clearance level of TOP SECRET is required See Notes 22 and 26.
