- Contract services needed to provide alongside aircraft fuel delivery and related services at NAS Key West, FL for the period April 1, 2002 through March 31, 2006. All equipment for this requirement is contractor-furnished. The solicitation will be posted on the DESC web site on or before August 10, 2001. This is an unrestricted procurement.
