Description

Furnish new durable medical equipment (DME), provide pick-up and delivery services, clean and/or repair Government owned equipment and provide storage facilities for equipment for the VA Outpatient Clinic in Ft. Myers, Florida. Successful bidder must be a JCAHO accredited durable medical equipment provider. This procurement is issued subject to FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5 test program as a commercial item service and will be issued on/or about August 9, 2001 with the offer due on/or about September 6, 2001. The contract period will be from October 1, 2001 to September 30, 2001 with one option year. NAIC is 621999. This is a total small business set aside.
