Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to provide funding to Emory University for the procurement of Construction Services for the Clifton Road ChildCare Center as a sole source under authority 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1). The justification for this determination is based upon P.L. 102-393.40 USC 490 B, federal day care sponsors can use appropriated funds for their day care centers. This funding is for cost sharing of Construction Services for the construction of the day care center. CDC is not seeking sources and there is no solicitation package.
