10TH Annual Symposium Announcement -- The Tidewater Government & Industry Council, Old Dominion University, and the Tidewater Association of Service Contractors announce their tenth annual symposium. The symposium entitled "Evolution in Government Business" will be held at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott Hotel, Norfolk, VA on Wednesday 7 November 2001. Topics include Workforce Issues, Acquisition Reform, 21st Century Contracting, Contracting Tools, Reverse Auctions, Credit Cards, Performance Based Contracts, e-Commerce, and the Political Landscape. The confirmed speakers include: Ms. Carolyn Adler, Global Learning Systems; BGEN USAF (Ret.) Frank J. Anderson, Jr., DAU; Mr. Kevin Coleman, Compete 21.com; Mr. David Drabkin, Esq.
