Description

The MEDCOM Contracting Center is proposing to award a sole source contract, with a base and 3 one-year option periods, to enroll students in a 2-year Dental Hygienist Program, under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). Sole source is the Fayetteville Community Technical College, which is an Accredited Postsecondary Minority Institution. Thus, this acquisition will be a Historically Black Colleges and Universities/Minority Institution (HBCU/MI) set-aside. See Note 5 and 22.
