Description

The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Washington intends to procure support for the military youth programs in Europe and Asia from the Boys & Girls Clubs of America (B&GCA) of Atlanta, GA. This requirement is for the Navy Personnel Command located at 5720 Integrity Drive, Millington, TN. The contract will be awarded under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (1) and FAR 6.302-1. The contractor will provide ongoing logistical, training, technical assistance, and programming support to the youth program staff from all military Services. The proposed contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price with performance beginning on 01 September 2001. The contract will consist of a base year and (1) one-year option and will include the option provision cited at FAR 52.217-8.
