Description

This is a notice of intent to award on a sole-source basis for the commercial items in accordance to FAR Part 12 procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7521 and the small business size is $5 million. The U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) intends to contract with Realen Gateway Development Associates, 1000 Chesterbrook Blvd., Berwyn, PA 19314, for the lease of Twenty-Two (22) parking spaces for Official Government Vehicles (GOV's). The contractor shall provide an enclosed and secure facility to include twenty-four (24) hour access and be within a three (3) block radius of U.S. INS Philadelphia District Office (PHI), 1600 Callowhill Street, Philadelphia, PA 19130.
