- DESCRIPTION: Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, for construction and completion of the wareyards paving and drainage structures. This will include but will not be limited to removal of existing asphalt and soil, moving existing underground utilities, installation of storm drainage structures, placing and compacting crushed aggregate base material, and placing asphalt paving. LOCATION: Bureau of Land Management, Vernal Field Office, Vernal, Utah.
