Combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. DESCRIPTION AND ATTACHMENT(s): Faxed or telegraph offers will not be accepted. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitations will not be issued. Solicitation F48608-01-R-0030 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. (FAR Clauses may be found by accessing WEB site at: farsite.hill.af.mil/ffar1.htm. NAICS Code is 561730 (SIC is 0783). The solicitation is restricted to Small Business. Line Item 0001 shall include all plants, labor, equipment and materials for landscape site preparation, installation of irrigation systems, installation of trees, shrubs, mulch beds (mulch will be supplied from the base mulch pile contractor to transport to work site), brick edging on sidewalks, and new sidewalks with brick edges at bldg 152, located on Garrison Loop (See Statement of Work and drawings for all details). The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offer(s) -- Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. A completed, signed copy to this provision FAR 52.212-3 shall be submitted with any offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
