Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Request for Quotations No. DACW31-01-T-0109 to purchase metal and wood doors and accessories for delivery to 1709 Third Street, NE, Washington, DC 20002. The primary work is a total of furnishing and delivering 290 Metal Doors and 50 Wood Doors plus accessories. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation ; proposals are being requested and a written solictation will not be issued with the following exception: you must download a copy of the electronic version of the solicitation document from the Corps website at https://ebs.nab.usace.army.mil. The solicitation number is DACW31-01-T-0109 and is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 97-26. The standard industrial classification code is 3442. The North American Industry classification 3442, Metal Doors, Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 500 employees, including affiliates. Quoters must sumit warranty information with the quote. The delivery point of the supply items are F.O.B. Destination. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. The required delivery of the supplies shall be 15 working days from date of award. Due to the limited space at loading dock area, coordination of delivery(s) must be made with the Facilities and/or Contracting personnel. Quoter must submit warranty information with their quote. Your firm must have a current registration on file at the Central Contractor Registration database to be eligible for award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make a quoter ineligible for award.
