- Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Wind River Systems, on other than full and open competition, the purchase of 1 each Tornado Standard for Windows NT, part #170-12710, 1 year maintenance and support for Tornado Standard, part #130-14294, 1 each Vxworks OEM License, and 1 each Vxworks OEM license support and maintenance, part #130-12842.
