Description

Provide A/E and estimating services to complete design of upgrades to the Support Areas for the Surgical Service located in Buliding #2, 3rd floor at the West Roxbury Campus of the Boston Health Care System Medical Center. The scope of work will entail staff facilities such as locker and breakrooms, surgical offices, workrooms, storage facilities and other appurtenant areas as defined by interaction with the surgical staff. Work shall include, but is not limited to, demolition, including the identification and abatement of asbestos containing materials, interior partitions and finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection renovations. All design to conform to VA standards as well current NFPA and other applicale codes. Architect/Engineering firms experienced in health planning and design are requested to submitt three (3) copies of Statement of Qualification Forms 254 and 255 to provide A/E and MEP Technical Serices for the design snd preparation of construction bid documents for this project. All responsible sources may submit referenced documentation by September 5, 2001, which will be considered by this agency. Estimated Construction Costs are between $400,000.00 and $600,000.00.
