- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Albuquerque, New Mexico, is interested in establishing a short list file of qualified Multi-Discipline Architectural Engineering firms wishing to be considered for Government contracts. Projects include new and modifications to existing office building, visitor centers, boarding and residential housing, shop and storage building. Disciplines required include architectural, structural, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, electrical and control functions. Most facilities are located in rural areas that require self-sustained water supply system, sewer system, electrical generation and distribution systems. Services required of qualified firms include, but not limited to, site investigation and evaluation, design services, preparation of bidding documents and construction period services. Region 2 includes the States of Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. interested firms must posses current professional architectural/engineering licenses for the state in which services are provided. Interested firms should submit their Standard Form 254 in accordance with numbered Note 24. Standard Form 255 is not required. This announcement is for the purpose of establishing a short list file of qualified firms and no specific project is proposed.
