Description

This project has the following specialized requirements: * Must have CCNA available for installation and on-site service and be a Cisco premier partner. * Codec technology must be hardware based and not PC based. * Equipment must have capability to transmit two live images or streams of data simultaneously from different sources to different monitors (i.e. can see presenter and demonstrations separately live). * Direct XGA ans SVGA connections for personal computer (PC) connectivity. * Must be able to provide 8 business hour on-site service to the following locations in norhtern Wisconsin: Rhinelander, Park Falls, Florence, Laona, Lakewood, Eagle River, Washburn, Glidden, Hayward, Medford, and Ashland. * Must be able to maintain a minimum of 25 frames per second during a multi-site videoconferencing session. * Must be able to do both H.323 and H.320 simultaneously on one conference call. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $40,000. Award will be based upon service performance, hardware capabilities, and price.
