Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is requesting information on modular homes for use as residence buildings at the Long Island National Wildlife Refuge Complex, Long Island, New York. Our intent is to purchase two (2) modular residences with the following requirements: ADA accessible home with entrance ramps; minimum size of 1,500 square feet; ~4' crawl space with a concrete "rat slab" flooring; minimum 2" x 10" flooring construction; interior painted with at least one coat; and baseboard heating powered by a fuel oil boiler with ~250 gallon above ground double lined tank. These homes will be located at Shirley, NY and Sag Harbor, NY. Please provide proposals and/or information regarding your firms capabilities to provide and install the structures described above.
