Description

This is a modification to a previous announcement. The dates for the pre-proposal conference and site visit are changed to September 23, 24, and 25, 2001. The tentative date to issue the request for proposal is August 27, 2001. The tentative date for receipt of proposals is October 24, 2001. The tentative date for contract award is December 17, 2001. There is no restriction on the number of prime contractor or subcontractor representatives who may attend the pre-proposal conference. However, attendance at the site visits is restricted to two representatives from each prime contractor.
