Description

The Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AOUSC) is seeking sources capable of operating a cafeteria at the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building, One Columbus Circle NE, Washington DC. Cafeteria service will operate on a profit/loss basis. The contractor will provide breakfast and lunch service Monday through Friday, except federal holidays in a building with approximately 1,500 employees and contractors as well as individuals who may be in the building on a given day. Services include eat-in and carry-out options as well as catering for meetings and/or training sessions conducted in the building. Current cafeteria configuration includes kitchen, hot grill, hot food table for full meal service, salad bar, and miscellaneous fast food items. The dining facility is configured with 76 tables and 206 seats. Current sales average $45,000 per month.
