Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity is seeking sources to prepare and present diagnostic reading test and a program of reading skills development during Fall 2001 orientation (11-15 September 2001) at the Joint Military Intelligence College for newly enrolled students. The object of the program is to evaluate and improve student skills in the area of listening, comprehension, note taking, time management, reading rate, and other related skills. The contractor shall conduct and document diagnostic reading test, using mutually acceptable educational measurement instruments. All interested parties who posses the neccessary skills and capabilities that would like more information about this requirement should contact Mr. Austin A.
