Description

AMOUNT: Approximately 700 rentable square feet yielding a minimum of 600 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet to a maximum of 630 ANSI/BOMA square feet of office and related space. LOCATION: Space must be located within central business district of Carrollton outside of the flood plain area and easily seen from a major street. North: Broad St. East: Neuse River South: Trent River West: First St. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy NO LATER THAN June 22, 2002. TERM: Lease term will be for ten years with the Government having cancellation privileges in whole or in part on 30 days written notice after fifth year. OWNERS & AGENTS: Submission by any party other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
