Description

Furnish labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, except for government furnished property to construct 13 uncompacted earthfill dams, and 14 pit reservoirs. The contractor will furnish an estimated quantity 45,020 cubic yards of common excavation and 49,430 cubic yards of common embankment. The contractor will have 110 days to complete the project after the Notice-To-Proceed is issued. Awards over $25,000 will require payment protection in the form of 1) Irrevocable Letter of Credit 2) Certificate of Deposit or 3) Payment Bond. The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. See Note 1. The solicitation will be available on August 17, 2001.
