Description

Yellowmules Trail Construction on the Gallatin National Forest, Gallatin/Madison Counties, Montana. Project consists of construction of 3.8 miles of new trail and associated structure, reconstruct 2.2 miles of existing tread, install a 75' x 7' government furnished wood truss stock bridge, install 2 small footbridges, and install numerous trail markers and signs. The entire trail project is on private land within a 20 foot wide trail easement. Work is estimated to begin 9/20/2001; Contract time: 450 calendar days; approximate issue date of 8/15/2001; no pre-bid meeting scheduled; estimated price range $100,000 -- $250,000.
