Description

SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS FOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES. Services are required for the project titled WAAR989084 -- Power Check Pad with Suppressor/ Arm-Dearm Apron. Work involves construction of a new 33,300 Square Foot concrete foundation for the existing power check pad facility with an isolation pad embedment. The project includes access roads, parking areas, site lighting, installation of above-ground fuel tanks with appropriate containment, plus utilities. Provide apron and access pavement to connect the facility to the existing taxiway and demolition of the existing power check pad and building foundation including the connecting utilities. The new construction consists of a 77,100 Square Foot concrete aircraft arm-dearm pad to accommodate six (6) F-16 aircraft. The pad includes paved asphalt shoulders, airfield lighting, plus proper storm drainage, protective barrier and access roads. Associated site work includes construction of a parking area, providing a concrete parking pad for storage of vehicles and equipment. Also included is removal of existing chain link fencing, installation of 3,275 Linear Foot of chain link fence surrounding the new areas including access gates, and installation of new chain link fence to enclose the new storage area. Plans and specifications will be available for inspection without charge at 2811 W Dublin-Granville Rd, Columbus, Ohio in the Purchasing and Contracting Office or by contacting LtCol Mark Gebhard. This procurement is full and open competition. The North American industrial classification (NAIC) code is 234110. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more that $27.5 Million average annual revenue for the previous three years.
