Description

This request for information (RFI) is issued to solicit input from firms comments as it pertains to the requirements in the Statement of Work in Section C of the subject solicitation and price information for furnishing the items identified therein. The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region is investigating the feasibility of breaking the set-aside reservation and reissuing the solicitation on an unrestricted basis. This RFI is not a Request for Proposal, and nothing shall be construed herein or through the RFI process to commit or obligate the Government to further action as a result of this RFI. In addition, firms responding to this RFI shall bear all risk and expense of any resources used to provide the requested information. The information collected through this process is considered to be market research as described by FAR 2.101.
