Modification of Presolicitation Notice posted 17 July 01 The Directorate of Contracting Office, Fort Polk, LA intends to negotiate a SOLE SOURCE procurement with AFCO Technologies, INC, San Antonio, TX to perform, investigate and rehabilitaate sanitary sewer lines. This is a SOLE SOURCE procurement pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(a)) and in accordance with 13 CFR 124.308 and FAR 19.8 the Small Business Administration. This is a SOLE SOURCE procurement and is not a request for competitive quotes.
