Description

Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services Contract: Non-Personal, Commercial Services. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to maintain and repair the elevators at Fort Sill, Oklahoma in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation. Elevators are of various manufacture, sizes, and types including 16 Elevators, 2 Cart Lifts, 2 Handicap Chair Lifts, 1 Sidewalk Freight Elevator, and 1 Dumbwaiter located in 8 separate buildings. The base contract period is 1 October 2001 through 30 September 2002, with four one-year option periods. The approximate RFQ issue date is 17 August 2001. The approximate response date for receipt of offers is 14 September 2001. NAICS code 235950 applies to the principal nature of this acquisition. The applicable size standard is $11.5 million. Competition for this acquisition is limited to small business. Offers will be evaluated on the basis of best value and past performance. A firm-fixed-price contract is anticipated.
