Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F04700-01-T-0089. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-27 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20001213. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 3594. Small business size standard is 500. NAICS is 333996. This acquisition is for Name Brand or Equal for items from Hydraulics Internations, Inc., CLIN 0001 is for two (2) each, Portable Hydraulic Power Supply, Diesel Engine Driven, Fuel type, Diesel, DF-2 or equivilent, minimum run time, 8 hours continuous. CLIN 0002 is for one (1) each Portable Hydraulic Power Supply, Electric Driven. Power input, 415 VAC at not more than 100 amps, 60 Hz. Both Clins must meet the following Minimum Salient Characteristics: Must use Skydrol Type IV Hydraulic Fluid. Output 0 to 52 Gallons per Minute at 3000 PSI. Operating conditions: -40 Degrees C to +43 Degrees C, fluid temperature 74 Degrees +-4, Resevoir capacity 60 US Gallons, Boost system filtration, 10 microns, Supply system filtration, 3 micron absolute element, each unit will have a high pressure gauge, a low pressure gauge, a return pressure gauge, a flow meter, a hydraulic oil temperature gauge, preset components: Hydraulic oil temp switch, thermal relief valve, boost pressure switch, differential pressure switch (Hi and Low). Each unit must come with a radiator type fluid heat exchanger, a warning horn audible for at least 8 meters, an alert for fault conditions, Hydraulic fluid sampling ports, Welded Stainless Steel housings, removable Access Panels, Heavy Duty Base Assembly (Chassis), be towable with a pintle hook hitch and have a hand operated safety brake. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements required in this synopsis.
