Description

Noun: 3rd Borescope Vane, Applicable to: F100PW220 Engine, Total Qty: 323 Each, Part Number: 4084233 One one approved source is listed on the AFMC Form 761 (Pratt & Whitney, 52661). Supplies required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies will satisfy agency requirements. To be eligiable for contract award, offerors must be an approved source IAW Clause I-70. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit their Source Approval Package (SARs) as soon as possible. If a source is NOT an approved source a First Article is required. The Government is NOT required to delay contract award to review pending SAR Packages. If the Government has not completed review of a SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR Package will be retained and the source will be reviewed for possible source approval for future awards.
