Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Model No. VRI-V4-512MC Phantom V4.0 Color Camera with 512 megabytes (2 sec., at 1000 fps) Image Memory, Qty 1 and 2) Model No. 2A5759S-M V4 5BNC External Link Standard plus IRIG-B input and sync imaging input/output, Qty 1. This requirement is sole sourced to Instrumentation Marketing Corp., 820 S Mariposa St, Burbank, CA 91506 for unique capabilities. Any firms believing that they can provide the required High Speed Video Recording System may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
