Description

This notice constitutes amendment number 1 to the pre-solicitation synopsis for DAAD19-01-R-0005. The purpose of this amendment is to change the contract type for the proposed award to a Requirements type contract. Also, the references in the solicitatio n for 'advisory' services is changed to 'analytical' services . The release date of the solicitation is changed to on or about 8 August 2001.
