Description

We are seeking in-kind sponsorship for the Elmendorf Susitna Club Christmas Brunch to be conducted December 17, 2001. We are seeking sponsorship for specialty Christmas desserts, Christmas decorations such as small Christmas trees, goodies for the children, pictures with santa, and ornamnets to give away. We would accept all or part donations depending on the sponsor and what they are willing to provide. Advertising will be done in all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation by the sponsor at the event will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation for this solicitation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the government.*****
