Description

We are seeking in-kind sponsorship for the Elmendorf Youth Center Breakfast with Santa to be conducted December 23, 2001. We are seeking sponsorship for $800.00 for purchase of 40 pounds of bacon, 30 pounds of sausage, 25 bags of hashbrowns, 40 dozen eggs, 25 loaves of bread, milk and juice. Candy canes and prizes for the children are also desired. We would accept all or part donation depending on the sponsor and what they are willing to provide. Advertising will be done in all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners ant they event. Representation of the sponsors will n=be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation for this solicitationmay be made no later than December 07, 2001. This is a solicitation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the government.*****
