Description

The Government has a requirement for a contractor to perform PROVIDE FULL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS LOCATED IN SPD, BASEMENT, B89. (A) AMSCOMATIC WASHER/STERIZIZER S/N 2011568006, (B) SONIC WASHER S/N 333493, (C) AMSCO STEAM STERILIZER S/N (72082 2-5) (2) CONDITION OF CONTRACT -- FULL LABOR AND PM MONTHLY (12) VISITS FULL CALL BACK SERVICE. PARTS NOT COVERED BY SERVICE CONTRACT MAY BE FURNISHED AT LIST PRICE (LESS GOVERNMENT DISCOUNT). From October 1, 2001 thru September 30, 2002; St. Albans Campus (Queens), 179th Street Y Linden Blvd., St. Albans, NY 11425. This procurement shall be procured and awarded using the commercial item procedures. The term of the contract shall be from Date of award through September 30, 2002 with a Government option to extend the term of the contract for (2) additional one-year periods. This procurement is for small business and large business concern.
