Description

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) intends to award a sole source fixed price amendment to an existing purchase order to Mind & Media, Inc. of Alexandria, VA for implementation of the International Technology Program (ITP) Internet Website in accordance with the strategy and design developed under the existing purchase order. Mind & Media will be able to provide the Government's minimum needs in the most timely and most cost effective manner since Mind & Media developed the strategy and design under the competitively awarded existing purchase order. See Note 22.
