Description

Pre-solicitation Synopsis. Provide Family Readiness Support Services Manager for the Battle Creek Air National Guard Base, MI for a base year and one option year. To provide all labor and expertise for a family readiness support services program at the 110th Fighter Wing. Coordinator must collect and analyze data regarding military family needs, plan program activities and training sessions for families, maintain data base of families, act as pint of contact for families, prepare and publish regular communications with families, and advise the Wing Commander of programs status and needs, etc. The successful contractor, as an independent contractor and not as an agent of the Government, must furnish the personnel necessary to perform technical and logistical services in support of the Family Readiness Program. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 8322 (size standard $5.0). A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 14 August 2001 and no requests will be accepted after that date. Proposals are due by 1630 local time on 29 August 2001. This is a Best Value solicitation. The anticipated award date will be prior to 30 September 2001. Numbered Note 1 applies.
