Description

Y -- Phase II work consists of construction of a new buried 36,000 gallon concrete fire water storage tank, new fire pump house installed on the buried tank, new diesel powered packaged fire water pump system, and tie-ins to the concurrent fire water distribution system. Work includes electrical, plumbing, pavement removal and replacement, water main and service line construction, site grading, brick screen wall replacement, finish work and other miscellaneous work items needed to complete the project as per the plans and specifications. Work is located at George Washington Carver National Monument, Newton County, Diamond, Missouri. This project is Set Aside for Small Business. Estimated price range is from $100,000 and $250,000.
