Description

Description: Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work includes but is not limited to furnishing and installing new gabled metal roofing system on a control building. Work shall be conducted at Western Area Power Administration's control building near Waterflow, New Mexico. The magnitude of this construction project is less than $25,000. Estimated completion date is 90 days after Notice to Proceed. There will only be one award from this solicitation. Therefore, all Bidders must submit their bids on an "all or none" basis. The solicitation package will be issued hard copy free of charge. Note: In accordance with FAR 5.102-3, Western procurement officials will be limiting availability of the solicitation package. Therefore, only a limited number of copies will be issued on a "first-come, first-serve" basis. This solicitation will be issued on or about August 22, 2001. This acquisition is unrestricted. All interested parties may submit a written request for the solicitation package via fax at 970.461.7377. Information hours are from 7:00am (MT) to 3:00pm (MT), Monday through Friday.
