Description

It is the intention of this solicitation to obtain Pavement Markings at the Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton, CT by means of an Indefinite Quantity Simplified Acquisition Procurement with a $10,000 minimum guarantee. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and management to provide miscellaneous epoxy and fast drying reflectorized pavement markings, stripes and legends. The NAICS is 235210 with a Small Business Standard of $11.5 million. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) package will be available on the Internet. The address for downloading this solicitation from the Internet is www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. If you are registered when the RFQ package becomes available, your company will receive an e-mail notification indicating you may download the IFB package from the Internet. The "Issue Date" and "Bid/Due Date" stated in this notice are approximate dates. An official Planholders List will be maintained on-line and can be printed from the web site. The Planholders List will not be faxed. Notification of any changes to this solicitation (Amendments) shall be made only on the Internet.
