NOUN: BRACKET, DOUBLE ANGL., NSN: 5340-01-395-2073NZ, P/N: 4079517, TOTAL QTY: 283 EACH, Only one approved source is listed on the AFMC Form 761 (Pratt & Whitney, 52661). Supplies required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies will satisfy requirements. To be eligiable for contract award, the offerors must be an approved source IAW Clause I-70. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit their Source Approval Package (SARs) as soon as possible. For information on how to apply for a SAR approval package contract OC-ALC/BC office at (405) 739-7244 or (405) 739-7243. If a source is NOT an approved source a First Article Test is required. The Government is NOT required to delay contract award pending SAR Package approvals. If the Government has not completed review of a SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR package will be retained and the source will be reviewed for possible approval for future awards.
