- Description
- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to negotiate under authority of FAR 6.302-1, sole source agreement with Marker LTD, Salt Lake City, UT for providing cold weather gear for the 2002 Winter Olympics and Paralympics in Salt Lake City, Utah. Marker LTD is the official outfitter for the 2002 Winter Olympics. Cold weather gear consist of 1) Fleece Jackets, 2) Rapid and 3) Pants of various sizes. No telephone request or inquiries will be accepted. Award will be made utilizing simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Part 13.
