Description: TIMBER: Approximately 220 cords (standard) of pine pulpwood and 139 MBF (Scribner) of pine sawtimber located at Naval Construction Battalion Center, Gulfport, MS. The estimates are not guaranteed. Approximately 53 acres will be cutover. This sale is to be "Lump Sump" IFB N62467-01-B-0420. Bid opening is Thursday, September 6, 2001 at 2:30 p.m. (Local Time). The sale area will be shown on Thursday, August 23 2001 at 9:30 a.m. The location for the scheduled visit is ROICC Gulf Coast Area, 2308 McKinney Avenue, Naval Construction Battalion Center, Gulfport, MS 39501.
