Description

Contract SP440099D0014 with Toxco Inc, for the removal and 100% recycling of Lithium batteries located at Tobyhanna Army Depot will expire October 10, 2001. It is the Government intent to renegotiate a follow-on contract with Toxco for the recycling of approximately 800,000 lbs that will be storage after the existing contract expires. Additional sources are being sought that can recycle lithium batteries without having to subcontract with Toxco. Firms that believe they have the qualifications need to submit documentation that supports there qualifications.
