- Description
- Furnish personnel to perform services as the New Parent Support Program+ (NPSP+) for the Army Community Service at Fort Lewis, Washington. A Request for proposals (RFP) will be issued. The RFP number will be DAKF57-01-R-0010. The requirements for this c ontract are as follows: The NPSP+ service is accomplished through outreach to expectant and new parents and their families. The program provides services for new parents, support for family adaptation to military life and the knowledge and skills that fa milies need to form healthy relationships and provide safe, nurturing environments for children. NAICS code: 813319, Other Social Advocacy Organizations. Telephonic requests will not be accepted. All requests for the request for solicitations must be fa xed to Kim McFall at (253) 967-2772 or e-mailed to mirandak@lewis.army.mil, providing the business size, Duns number and CAGE code. In order to receive an award from the Department of the Army, a contractor shall be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All faxed requests must include an e-mail address. The request for proposals will be issued and available for download at the Fort Lewis Contracting Office web site located at http://www.lewis.army.mil/doc. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is 27 August, 2001. The proposed procurement is 100 percent set aside for small business participation. The size standard for a small business concern including its affiliates with average annual sales or receipts for the preceding th ree fiscal years shall not be in excess of $5 million. If adequate interest is not received from qualified small business concerns, the RFP will be issued as unrestricted without further notice.
