Provide all maintenance, equipment, labor, transportation, hardware, software support and upgrades, consumables, and incidentals, as required, for one (1) model no. 1517 EXV03-000 Enterprise Express Voice Processing System and one (1) model no. 1517 EXV07-000 Enterprise Express Data Server for the VA Medical Center, Bay Pines, Florida from October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002, with the Government having the option to extend the contract for four (4) additional years.
