Description

Provide all labor, supervision, material, supplies and any other items necessary for Speech Therapy Services for Fort Bragg Schools, Fort Bragg, North Carolina and Pope Elementary School, Pope Air Force Base, North Carolina during the period 1 October 2001 through 30 September 2002. Services include screening, consultations, evaluations, and the constant process of reevaluation using techniques, activities, and objectives to reflect the change in students' needs during the speech therapy process. The date f or receipt of offers is estimated. Solicitation will give actual closing date. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 8049. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 62134. This acquisition is set -aside 100% for small business. To be considered a small business, a concern, including its affiliates, must not have average annual receipts exceeding $5,000,000. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation . All requests for this solicitation must be in writing. FAX number is (910) 396-5603.
