Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is (Request for Quotation)RFQ 0401-01-0014. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-24. This procurement falls within the definition of North Amercia Industry classification code 333120. The small business size standard is 750 employees. This solicitation is for a mini hydraulic excavator, Caterpillar 303.5 or approved equal. 25 Hp, 61 inches wide, with blade and boom. Two buckets with thumbs, 10" and 18". Ditch cleaning bucket, hydraulic hammer, auger, cab, heater and air conditioning. Excavator shall be delivered via destination to the Duchesne Ranger District Warehouse, at 4th West 280 South, Duchesne, Utah. Please call Dave Frew, 435-781-5208 prior to delivery.
