Description

A quotation is being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation DACW29-01-T-0138 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, parts and all other materials and services necessary to perform maintenance and repair service including diagnosis, repair and or replacement of failed components of heating/ventilation/air conditioning (HVAC) control system and mechanical service of twenty-one(21) air handlers and five(5) Leibert units. The HVAC Apogee System is inclusive of existing field panels and associated electronic and pneumatic equipment comprising the system. All labor, material, apparatus and equipment essential to maintain complete functioning of the system described or indicated shall be furnished by the Contractor. This announcement is for a Firm Fixed Price Contract. One base period with a possible 4 option periods. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer will be most advantageous to the Government. Price and past performance being of equal value of importance. The Government may award a contract on the basis of initial offers received, without discussions. Therefore, each initial offer should contain the offeror's best terms from a cost, price and technical standpoint. Questions regarding specifications should be made to William Cook, 504-862-1882.
