NSN: 5306-01-207-7375, APN: 7-114111136-3, Quantity: 743 ea. This action is applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. Shipment will be FOB destination Stockton, CA, quantity 7 and New Cumberland, PA, quantity 736. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 228 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Test Report is 743 each, 240 DACA. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
