Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis a PHAOS field test system consisting of the following part numbers: 607300-0 field test set qty 1, 607000-1X-XXX test console assembly Qty 1, 607100-0X-SYS tooling test console qty 1, 607400-0 tooling commercial test stand qty 1, 607500-0 supplies, test stand, consumable qty 1, 607525-0 tub ultrasonic cleaning qty 1, 607526-0 cleaner 8 lbs qty 1, and 603300-3 PHAOS oxygen mask Assy X-Long qty 1. This requirement is sole sourced to Para-Flite Inc. 5800 Magnolia Avenue, Pennsauken, NJ 08109 as the only manufacturer of this type of oxygen system meeting the governments minimum needs. Any firms believing that they can provide the required para-flite high altitude oxygen system (phaos) may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
