- Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Textronix Inc., on other than full and open competition, a purchase for Sampling heads for TDS 8000 Oscilloscope to include; 4 each Sampling Module; dual, 20 GHz electrical, part #80E03; and 2 each 50GHz; 1 channel, electrical sampling module, part #80E01.
